My clients often struggle with overwhelming debt, made even more difficult by routine life events, such as family issues, job loss, and medical issues. Eliminating or reducing much of the debt lifts a huge burden but is only the first step in developing a better financial future. Since 1993, I have used various methods to help thousands of people overcome their staggering debt. As the owner of the Law Office of Eric Kornblum, I routinely counsel people regarding mortgage foreclosure, asset protection, debt collection issues, and credit rebuilding.
I began my law career as an associate with a small general practice law firm and was first exposed to bankruptcy/debt resolution issues early in my career. The ability to counsel and assist good, honest, hard-working individuals to retain assets and experience relief from debt was, and still is, the most rewarding aspect of my career as an attorney. Seeing the change in our clients’ faces and hearing about the differences we have made in their lives continues to fuel our mission to help others find a fresh start and relief from financial distress.
I continually look for new or additional methods to provide benefits and educational resources for our clients. I have met numerous people throughout my legal career, but few are as passionate as Attorney Don Golden when it comes to providing assistance to his clients beyond debt reduction, through his Fresh Start For Life Program.
